There are so many possibilities for a work at home business, it is simply not possible to cover them all. To get the imagination flowing however we can start with just a glance at some of the common ideas you might want to investigate further. As this site grows we will look at the following ideas in more detail;
1. Writing eBooks or eZines
Lots of ordinary folks write how to guides that sell well on the web. The key thing is to write on a topic that enough other folk will pay for your knowledge on. It makes sense then to start with subjects close to your heart as it will be far easier to write about those subjects and impress readers with your knowledge. We see instructional books on everything from dog training to business success.
Write and Publish your own eBook in as little as 7 Days
People are hungry for information that tells them how to; overcome a problem / make money / improve their health or lifestyles / win friends / be successful in relationships etc. Find out what questions are common in the field, research them and collate your findings in a simple report. Convert that report to pdf format with some nice headers and a cover and sell it using paypal to accept payments. Clickbank is a great avenue for sales of eBooks and can even get you affiliates to market your book for you in return for a commission.
2. Ebay and Other Online Auction Sales
There are now hundreds of thousands of people worldwide now making their living with online auctions. From collectibles to household furniture, from boats to clothes, these auctions are making some serious money. Pretty much everything has some value to somebody. Serious sellers know how to spot a bargain whether at a weekend garage sale or available through dropship.
Watch out for high margin items, it’s a whole lot less work to aim for 10 sales at a high margin than aiming for 100 sales at a low margin. Remember to factor in the fees and market to suitable countries for your product. No point trying to seel ice to the Icelanders!

3. Crafts
Have a craft hobby? Why not make those leather belts, homemade jewellery, hand knits or restored furniture items into a lucrative business, others certainly do. Apart from the online auction route you could sell your goods through classifieds or weekend markets.
4. Direct Sales
Some people make a great deal from direct sales to friends and neighbours. Think about brands like Tupperware or Avon, you probably have something in your home from them purchased through one of their direct sales agents. Well known brands can sell well provided there are not already agents in your area. Sometimes it is possible to really advance these types of businesses by bringing other agents into ‘your family’ and receiving a small share of their efforts in addition to your own commissions.

Great idea, will add it to the list I’m building. Sounds like you should also start a website or blog on the subject! Seriously – a site with your designs and tips could be a nice little earner and will help you get into the business mindframe.
You can easily start your first blog at wordpress.com – its free too. Just putting your ideas and tips together will be a huge help in organising the materials you’ll need when you do those classes.
As for the classes, try some ‘dummy runs’ first with some friends and family to see what kinds of little problems and questions arise before you go live. Then when you’re ready try the real thing put a notice in local papers, shop windows, community notice boards to see what the take up rate is, then you can widen the net to neighbouring suburbs papers as necessary.
Good luck
I couldn’t understand some parts of this article Some Work at Home Jobs, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
Don’t forget Network Marketing. Everybody is jumping on this bandwagon, Bob Proctor, Brain Tracey, even Facebook and now Donald Trump!!
Must be some good in it!
